CTI CONSULTING sees itself as a niche or boutique consultancy without a fixed industry focus. Our goal is to deliver expertise in content, rather than quantity at the expense of quality of results. Our team has decades of interdisciplinary process and architecture knowledge.
What you can expect:
As a consultant for Business Transformation, you will support our customers in collecting the expertise in the specialist departments and translating it into a universal language.
On this basis, you analyze and optimize business processes.
They take into account data that is critical to the company or process.
You make the knowledge of organizational processes visible and establish methods of knowledge management.
That's what sets you apart:
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or economics.
Other courses of study are also welcome; what is important is a high affinity for consulting at the interface between business and IT.
You have relevant experience from a consulting firm or the specialist department of a large company. But don't worry: It is also possible to start as a university graduate, e.g. as a junior consultant.
Ideally, you have knowledge of modeling notations such as BPMN or EPK. You are creative and have good presentation and communication skills. Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
