2.2 Content generated by the Chat is produced automatically by AI. Despite the greatest possible care, errors, inaccuracies, misunderstandings or incomplete statements may occur. 2.3 Subject to Section 3, we do not warrant the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or quality of the information provided.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 Use of the website and the Chat is at your own risk. We shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

6. Use of the Chatbot (AI-supported Chat)

6.1 Purpose and Functionality. The Chat provides support regarding questions about our services, project approaches, solution architectures, methods, references, products and general information about CTI CONSULTING GmbH. Answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete (see Section 2.2).

6.2 Non-binding character. Chat responses do not constitute legal, tax, financial, organisational or technical advice and do not replace individual consulting. Upon request, we will connect you with a consultant.

6.3 Logging. We log the Chat history, including content, timestamps and technical metadata (e.g. session ID), in order to process your request, ensure quality, maintain security and prevent misuse, as well as for documentation. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy (accessible via the footer).

6.4 Permitted/Prohibited Use.

Permitted is the factual use of the Chat to obtain information about our offerings.

Prohibited in particular are:
