The OCR acquisition component reduces the input and validation of data and documents into the SAP® system. Flexible electronic input channels allow a direct connection to your business partners. Business Center processes all information and assigns tasks to the right agents at the right moment.With the workflow component, SAP® processes can be configured quickly and easily, reducing implementation times by a factor of 5 to 10.

End-to-end automation reduces process times and error sources. Preconfigured scenarios (e.g., customer orders) help reduce implementation efforts and increase value-added value for your organization. In addition, Business Center provides a comprehensive view of the entire process, including all SAP® application objects that are involved in a process.
