Dr. Dietmar Gerlach, born in 1966, has worked as a management consultant for well-known international management consultancies and IT analysts since receiving his doctorate in technical chemistry.

Within the scope of his consulting practice, Dr. Gerlach specialized in Enterprise Architecture Management, IT Management Consulting, IT Strategy and Business Process Optimization. In particular, he focuses on operational Enterprise Architecture Management and its tool-specific implementation based on various EAM tools.

In the course of his many years of work for the world’s leading IT analyst firm Gartner, he held the position of Head of Enterprise Architecture Management in DACH, among other positions.

In addition to his consulting activities, Dr. Gerlach is a lecturer for various university institutes and holds lectures and seminars on architecture management, business process management and consulting methodologies.

He has also made a name for himself as a speaker on the topic of Enterprise Architecture Management at international conferences.

He has been working for CTI CONSULTING since 2009 as head of IT Management Consulting and member of the management circle.
