Enterprise Architecture Management as a Service
EAM as a Service (powered by CTI) delivers a customized consulting offering that specifically addresses the customer’s questions and takes their use cases into account. Based on these use cases (e.g., cloud migration, ERP transformation, merger & acquisition), we first provide an EA repository from a well-known manufacturer in the cloud at stage 1 and ensure that it is filled with suitable data at stage 2.
Based on these questions, we provide the corresponding evaluation options (e.g. reports and views) in the EA tool at level 3. The service is completed at the top level by targeted EAM consulting and, if required, can also include interim management for the enterprise architect himself. The consulting service is therefore aimed in particular at midsize companies that have had to postpone important transformation and digitization topics for lack of resources, for example, but would now like to get started.
