First, we identify and derive strategic parameters and analyze the customer requirements as well as the value-adding processes, which are then classified in a process map. This process map is used to analyze and derive fields of action (e.g. projects, task areas, personnel capacities, suspected weak points). It maps your companies business in business processes and represents the starting point of a business process optimization.
Based on the strategic objectives of your company, fundamental business processes and their quality characteristics are delineated in workshops and interviews. In this way, the core processes are identified, documented and mapped.
